What are the dimensions of the shipping containers?
Do you provide shipping insurance?
We have various partners who provide insurance coverage. While PCM Express helps facilitate the insurance coverage, this agreement is solely between the customer and the insurance company.
What kind of commodities do you handle?
We have comprehensive experience in handling a diverse range of commodities. Our expertise spans across a wide spectrum, including appliances, furniture, refrigerated grocery items, dairy products, canned goods, pharmaceuticals, lumber, construction supplies, motorcycle parts, four-seater airplanes, cars, and even speedboats.

What can I do to prevent cargo damage?
Ensure that the container is carefully checked before stuffing, if there are damages to the container, inform us immediately for replacement.
Cargo should be clearly marked, adequately packaged, and when containerized, safely stowed, braced, and blocked.
I want to ship refrigerated cargo. What do I do?
Properly pre-cool the products prior to loading into the refrigerated containers in accordance with booking/set point temperature
Make sure that any changes in temperature are requested in writing
Use proper stowage patterns to ensure proper airflow and appropriate ventilation settings to ensure fresh air exchange, relative humidity, controlled or modified atmosphere, as well as optimal temperature requirement (in Fahrenheit) as it plays an integral role in the transport of perishable products;
Please ensure that our Customer Service department is notified of your requirements regarding above at the time of booking;
In view of the perishable nature of reefer cargo, we recommend to arrange for its collection at the destination port as soon as possible, to ensure that it has an optimal practical storage life

How can I compute for cubic meters?
Computing for the CBM(cubic meter) uses a simple formula: quantity of items * length * width * height. Should you have further questions, feel free to reach out.
